The Engagement & Communications Specialist supports company-wide initiatives that improve how employees experience onboarding, communication, learning, and engagement. This role is highly people-facing and execution-focused, partnering across the organization to bring programs and communications to life. The Engagement & Communications Specialist works closely with the Director of Employee & Customer Experience to execute projects related to onboarding, internal communications, learning & development, and employee engagement. This position is highly cross-functional, fast-paced, and requires exceptional communication, organization, and detail orientation.
