About The Position

We are looking for an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist in Georgia, primarily responsible for internal communications. This role involves building and maintaining clear, structured, and consistent communication across the company, as well as supporting external communications with a primary focus on the Belarus and Georgia entities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, PR, marketing, or similar roles
  • Strong written communication skills in Russian
  • Written and spoken English at B1+ level
  • Copywriting skills and understanding of SMM principles
  • Ability to work with AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
  • Strong skills in structuring information and working with different content formats
  • Experience working with official documentation
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and take personal responsibility for results
  • Willingness to work in a changing environment and receive regular feedback
  • Strong time-management skills
  • High level of responsibility and result-oriented mindset
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish internal content for employees (news, updates, announcements) across internal channels (MS Teams, Outlook, intranet)
  • Prepare texts for different internal audiences, including leadership communications
  • Create and publish content for the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Manage internal communication plans and calendars
  • Collaborating with Employer Branding, Client Marketing, the design team, and other stakeholders
  • Support external communications and employer branding initiatives
  • Communicate with third parties (partners, universities, merch suppliers, contractors)
  • Work with basic official documentation related to communications and vendors (contracts, acts, invoices)
  • Support internal events, meetups, and engagement activities together with HR and Office management teams
