Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or a related people-focused role
  • Natural relationship-builder who energizes others and connects people to purpose
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience designing and facilitating training, orientation, or culture programming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling
  • Comfortable analyzing survey results and translating them into action plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with and the ability to relate to front line entry level team members as well as key leaders in the organization.

  • Familiarity with HRIS or engagement platforms
  • A genuine belief that culture is everyone’s responsibility — and a passion for making work feel meaningful
  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the Sagora Strong wellness and resilience program, developing content, campaigns, and activations.
  • Champion the Be Kind program by coordinating recognition moments, storytelling, and team member participation.
  • Own the annual Great Place to Work (GPTW) process end-to-end, including survey administration, results analysis, action planning, and internal communication.
  • Design and lead new hire orientation experiences to immerse team members in the company culture.
  • Serve as the culture connector for the Home Office team and foster engagement across the broader community of communities.
  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate ongoing culture initiatives, such as recognition programs and team events, to reflect Sagora’s values and support retention.
