About The Position

We are looking for strong embedded software developers with a love for space and an enthusiasm for learning new tools and technology. Our teams are growing, and as a software engineer working with our Space Systems' programs, you would be partnered with domain SMEs and a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver software solutions enabling exciting new capabilities. Requirements

  • An existing Top Secret clearance
  • 8+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably with C++
  • Team leadership experience or aptitude
  • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • US citizenship status

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the space domain and/or software-defined radios
  • Experience with OpenC3's COSMOS (https://openc3.com/) and NASA's cFS
  • Experience creating automated build pipelines such as, gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian tools

Responsibilities

  • Shape the design & development of an embedded space payload application in C++ or C
  • Collaborate across sites and across disciplines to bring a new capability to life
