About The Position

Admiral Enforcement is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Enforcement Agents to monitor privately owned parking lots and garages. The role works independently in the field under minimal supervision and requires strong time management, reporting, and customer-service skills. The position is available full-time or part-time, with varying shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• No major driving violations, including DUI, reckless driving, or negligent homicide, within the past 7 years.
• No more than two minor violations, such as accidents or speeding, within the past year.
• No driver’s license suspensions within the last 3 years.
• Proficiency with computers and mobile applications.
• Ability to bend and regularly lift up to 50 pounds throughout shifts.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late evenings.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission.
• Enforce location requirements by issuing citations for violations of parking rules.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times.
• Record and enter violation data in the approved system.
• Immediately report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management.
• Use strong time-management and report-writing skills.
• Monitor equipment condition and notify management of malfunctions or repair needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and coworkers.
