Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • English required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and utility data analysis.
  • Ability to develop presentations and management reports.
  • Strong ability to convert technical reports into clear, decision-ready information.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity systems, natural gas systems, water systems, industrial utilities, energy efficiency principles, and metering concepts.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to maintain structured documentation.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to explain technical data in simple, understandable language.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with manufacturing operations or facility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate electricity, natural gas, and water usage through clear dashboards, trend analysis, KPIs, and management summaries.
  • Utilize Schneider Electric Energy & Sensor Audit reports to translate findings into consistent site-level analysis and support metering roadmap development and track deployment and implementation progress.
  • Use the water consumption model to identify the top five water consumers, prioritize sub-metering opportunities, evaluate leak detection technologies, and support intelligent water reduction initiatives.
  • Support ISO 50001 foundations by preparing energy baselines, developing and maintaining Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs), managing data sources, and tracking energy performance metrics.
