About The Position

This role is for a new graduate in Energy Services, based in Austin. The position involves working on a team with mentorship from BGE employees, attending career development events and training, and completing assigned projects while expanding knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation (for Engineering disciplines)
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong, positive collaborator who works well on a team
• Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
