About The Position
This role is for a new graduate in Energy Services, based in Austin. The position involves working on a team with mentorship from BGE employees, attending career development events and training, and working on assigned projects to expand knowledge and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering before starting employment
- For Engineering disciplines, must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation
- Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong, positive collaborator who works well on a team
- Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
