Requirements

  • Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat, Tanker and Air-Brakes endorsements within 6 months of employment.
  • Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends, work required overtime, and on-call as business conditions warrant.
  • Occasionally exposed or required to: Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.), Noisy conditions.
  • Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, requiring utilization of appropriate safety measures.
  • May be required to work at varying heights.
  • Lift 51 - 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the installation and servicing of LP and bulk heavy fuel storage systems.
  • Assist by backing up the heavy fuels and LP drivers (delivery) throughout our territory.
  • Work with salespersons and customers to schedule service appointments, ensuring tasks are performed safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform necessary safety checks, and regulator updates as required by insurance.
  • Complete required technical and product training to stay up-to-date and knowledgeable of product changes.
  • Perform day-to-day procedures needed to maintain the equipment and bulk locations.
  • Follow up on all customer inquiries and seeks solutions in a timely manner.
  • Complete and submit inventory reports, order forms, sales contracts as requested.
  • Deliver petroleum products and LP according to customer needs.
  • Record and export sales information daily.
  • Adhere to the company credit policy as it relates to sales or service work.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
