Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, confident attitude
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
  • Growth-minded and open to feedback
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required (full training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Educate: Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations about renewable energy options
  • Guide: Help customers understand the benefits of switching to clean energy
  • Enroll: Complete a smooth, accurate enrollment process with confidence
  • Grow: Develop your skills through daily training, coaching, and mentorship
  • Achieve: Hit goals, track performance, and celebrate wins with your team
  • Lead: Represent Mpower with professionalism and grow into leadership opportunities
