Energy Sales Representative
About The Position
Are you ambitious and ready to earn real money? Our Newark sales team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a full-time role where you’ll generate leads, meet with customers, and close deals from start to finish. With weekly pay, guaranteed earnings, and uncapped commissions, average reps earn $1,200–$1,500 per week, while top performers can earn $2,000–$4,000/week, translating to $65K–$100K+ annually. We provide paid training, a proven system, and supportive leadership so you can start strong and grow quickly.
Requirements
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
- Motivated to earn real money

- Sales experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about renewable energy
- Explain the benefits in a clear, simple way so customers understand the value for their home and community
- Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
- Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets
- Represent Mpower with confidence and professionalism while growing into leadership opportunities
