Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospective customers at an in-store kiosk and start engaging conversations about their energy requirements.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend personalized energy plans and solutions that best fit their lifestyle.
  • Explain the advantages, features, and value of the client’s energy products and services so customers feel informed and confident.
  • Assist customers throughout the sign-up process, closing sales while building trust and delivering a positive customer experience.
