Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) powers Microsoft's cloud services, and as an ERM, you will play a crucial role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure. By improving Infrastructure Utilization Effectiveness (IUE) and Power Harvesting (PH), you will lead efforts to upgrade legacy datacenters and optimize capacity in the existing fleet. CO+I is committed to employee personal and professional development, offering training, growth opportunities, Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and professional certifications. Microsoft's infrastructure includes a global portfolio of over 200 datacenters in 32 countries, supporting over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.
