This role offers exposure to major renewable energy and infrastructure projects, complex financing and transactional experience, significant responsibility, and direct client exposure. Requirements
- 3–6 years of project finance, energy, infrastructure, or related transactional experience
- Experience representing developers, sponsors, lenders, investors, or financial institutions in sophisticated project finance transactions
- Experience with renewable energy, conventional energy, infrastructure, or other large-scale development projects
- Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, financing documents, security documents, project agreements, and related transaction documents
- Experience with debt financing, acquisition financing, construction financing, or other structured project financings
- Experience conducting due diligence and coordinating complex transaction closings
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
Nice To Haves
- Renewable energy experience involving solar, wind, battery storage, or other energy transition projects is a plus
Responsibilities

Benefits
- Compensation $235,000 – $390,000+
