About The Position
This role will place you within our Consultants Team to interact with E&C clients and suppliers in Central Europe. You will be at the forefront of changes in the energy industry at a time when the biggest energy transition since the industrial revolution is taking place. Requirements
- Confident communication style, resilience, curiosity and eagerness to learn, creativity in finding solutions and solving problems.
- Well organized and have a flair for managing multiple priorities.
- English language skills.
- Romanian or Hungarian language skills.
- Analytical thinking skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make calculations.
- Experience in client-facing roles (1-2 years preferred, but flexible).
- Bachelor’s degree in Consulting, Business or Energy Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with team members (internationally).
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of energy markets.
- Knowledge of risk management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in minimizing risks when buying energy.
- Guide clients in developing purchasing and renewable strategies.
- Negotiate energy contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the energy risk management sector.
- Find the best sustainable energy solutions (solar, wind, cogenerations…) and support clients in contracting them.
- Investigate the possibilities of renewable power purchase agreements for clients.
