About The Position

These are law firm transactional and infrastructure-focused attorney roles centered on project finance, transportation infrastructure, energy transactions, aviation finance, public-sector infrastructure, and sophisticated financing work. We are working with multiple nationally recognized law firms seeking attorneys across transportation infrastructure, energy project finance, aviation finance, public-sector infrastructure, and complex financing practices. These opportunities involve sophisticated transactional work for public agencies, infrastructure developers, lenders, sponsors, transportation authorities, and institutional clients across the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• JD required
• Substantive transactional, infrastructure, transportation, energy, or finance experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, or regulatory experience
• Comfortable managing sophisticated transactional or infrastructure-related matters
• Active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction

Nice To Haves

• Pure litigators without transactional or infrastructure exposure
• Candidates without drafting or deal management experience
• General corporate attorneys lacking energy/infrastructure focus
• Candidates without interest in transportation, energy, or infrastructure sectors

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiation, analytical, or regulatory experience
• Managing sophisticated transactional or infrastructure-related matters
• Draft and negotiate financing documents
• Manage diligence
• Structure transactions
• Lead financing workstreams for sponsors and lenders
• Handle global transportation finance matters with substantial drafting, negotiation, and client interaction responsibilities

Benefits

• Compensation: $159,000 – $420,000
