About The Position

This role requires an individual with technical expertise and project leadership to support all recommissioning activities. The position involves efficient and effective communication with various stakeholders including technicians, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, operations managers, and clients. The Energy Engineer/Recommissioning Agent/PM will contribute to the development of testing, recommissioning plans, and QA/QC documentation. Responsibilities include supporting technical analysis, review, measurement, and verification of financially guaranteed projects and contracting solutions. The role also involves working effectively with team members on client and opportunity qualification, preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis, leading a small team of Controls Technicians, and managing all scheduling and coordination. Additionally, the position requires providing team members with energy and financial analysis results for equipment performance, performance contracts, and other contract offerings, creating and reviewing energy simulation models, performing site walk-throughs to identify energy conservation measures, determining and advising on methods for measurement and verification of system performance, and investigating/troubleshooting challenges related to renewable energy designs and integration within existing infrastructures. Building and maintaining client relationships is also a key aspect of this role.
