About The Position

This is a multi-level job posting and will be filled at the appropriate level based on experience. The Energy Efficiency Manager develops, implements, and manages energy efficiency programs and initiatives. This role stays current with new technology, ensures the implementation of changes to programs, and verifies that existing programs and procedures comply with current requirements. Additionally, this position assists in the development, enhancement, and implementation of information systems used by energy efficiency in the design, evaluation, and implementation of programs. MidAmerican Energy Company, a Midwest utility, provides regulated electric and natural gas service to more than 1.6 million customers in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
