This is a three-month, in-office internship based in Middletown, CT, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance, business needs, and culture fit. This role is designed to develop core skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement, energy efficiency, and business operations. You will work closely with our inside sales team, analysts, and sales professionals to support customer engagement, develop practical solutions aligned with customer needs, and help move opportunities from initial outreach through proposal, approval, and execution. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn, understand building systems and energy efficiency solutions, communicate professionally with customers, and contribute to a fast-moving team focused on growth, accountability, and execution.
