This role reports directly to the Director of Construction and requires certification in Energy Management and Sustainability (EFS) with a specialization in Building Design + Construction or Operations + Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a management information system for project planning and control, visiting job sites to prepare preliminary scopes of work with time and cost schedules, and coordinating activities between agencies and departments for project completion. The role also involves reviewing schedules, reports, and orders from consultants and contractors to ensure project timelines are met, assessing work performance, preparing management reports highlighting significant issues, and resolving problems related to schedules and costs. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the Director of Construction and Design on the entire procurement cycle of a project scope.
