Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Bill accounts and track incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare and send out invoices
  • Coordinates between credit, accounting and customer on any discrepancies on invoicing.
  • Facilitate swift payment of invoices by completing daily and weekly billing on time.
  • Collect credit applications and tax exempt forms and forward them to the credit department.
  • Confirms pricing and acknowledges order entry.
  • Ensures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying and confirming customer pricing and contract prices.
  • Assist in the inventory process, ensuring all invoices are posted in a timely manner and correcting discrepancies
  • Conducts billing daily close out procedures, troubleshooting variances for assigned locations.
  • General office duties including, but not limited to: answering phones, faxing, filing, copying, sorting paperwork and stuffing envelopes.
  • Data entry, correspondence using a variety of computer applications including AgVantage, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • General good “housekeeping” practices in office area and other areas as assigned.
  • Reports customer feedback and all customer complaints, including any sign of customer dissatisfaction, to appropriate management and/or consumer relations.
  • Maintains ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
  • Understand and practice company safety policies and also federal, state and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
  • All other duties as assigned.
