Requirements

A valid driver’s license
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Be able to lift 50lbs
Be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

A valid BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification

Responsibilities

Driving throughout New York State
Conducting Energy Audits in client’s homes
Testing of heating and cooling systems
Blower door tests (tests air tightness of home)
Inspection of electrical appliances
Health and safety testing
Guide clients through the entirety of their projects, answer their questions, inform them of the results from their audit, and discuss the options for their project.
