About The Position
This is a seasonal position for an Energy Assistant in Derby, CT. The role involves working with the public and requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree in Human Services is a plus. Experience in Human Services is also a plus.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or Equiv. w/ 3+ years relevant exp.
- Working with the public
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate
- Ability to hear conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid
- Ability to see and read newsprint with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances
- Ability to function within guidelines of Agency’s core values and identification with Agency mission
