Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • Experience leading Integrated Product Teams, developing roadmaps, and conducting risk assessments and trade off studies
  • Experience capturing, arranging, modeling, and documenting performance of artillery designs and selection criteria
  • Experience facilitating, conducting, and organizing technical reviews, including briefing leadership
  • Ability to develop work breakdown structures and integrated master schedules
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing programs which utilize the DoD acquisition lifecycle and associated systems engineering artifacts
  • Knowledge of military munitions energetics and cannon propulsion systems
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
