Requirements

10+ years of experience in systems engineering
Experience leading Integrated Product Teams, developing roadmaps, and conducting risk assessments and trade off studies
Experience capturing, arranging, modeling, and documenting performance of artillery designs and selection criteria
Experience facilitating, conducting, and organizing technical reviews, including briefing leadership
Ability to develop work breakdown structures and integrated master schedules
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science field

Nice To Haves

Experience managing programs which utilize the DoD acquisition lifecycle and associated systems engineering artifacts
Knowledge of military munitions energetics and cannon propulsion systems
Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management
Lean Six Sigma Certification
