About The Position

As an information security risk specialist on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with the DoD to discover their cyber risks, understand policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll review technical, environmental, and personnel details from client stakeholders to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you’ll guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones. You’ll work with your client to translate security concepts so they can make the best decisions to secure their NIPRNet and SIPRNet. This is your opportunity to act as an information security SME while broadening your skills in vulnerability scanning, monitoring, mitigation, and analysis through the utilization of endpoint security software suites. Work with us as we protect the DoD's cyber infrastructure.

Requirements

7+ years of experience with cybersecurity
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Experience supporting a DoD agency
Knowledge of STIGS and SRGs
Ability to present complex technical concepts to senior clients
Ability to coordinate and manage the work of junior team members
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
