About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering Specialist to join an established endpoint engineering team. The team manages a fleet of approximately 20,000 Windows and macOS laptops and Cloud PCs, as well as configuration and compliance for several thousand Android and iOS/iPadOS BYOD mobile devices. The team extensively uses Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, PowerShell, and Bash. It designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports applications, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and operating system deployments.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the Information Technology field.
• Significant experience working with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Group Policy Objects.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities
