About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Wauwatosa. This role is responsible for the engineering, administration, and support of enterprise endpoint technologies that enable a secure, modern, and productive workplace. The Endpoint Engineer will serve as a technical expert for endpoint management, device deployment, software delivery, and end-user computing solutions across the organization. This position is ideal for a senior-level technology professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring team members, and enhancing the overall employee technology experience. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft endpoint management technologies, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a passion for delivering reliable, scalable IT solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Administration, or advanced Desktop Support roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments and modern device management platforms.
Proven experience with software packaging, application deployment, and endpoint configuration management.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
Advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical issues from diagnosis through resolution.
Experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical leadership.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices in an enterprise environment.
Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV support experience.
Experience with AppLocker, endpoint security controls, and compliance initiatives.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and change management best practices.
Experience supporting distributed branch locations or multi-site organizations.
Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
Relevant Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Endpoint Management, Modern Workplace, or Azure technologies.

Responsibilities

Engineer, administer, and support enterprise endpoint technologies including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, collaboration technologies, and audiovisual systems.
Package, deploy, maintain, and support software applications across the enterprise environment.
Manage device provisioning, imaging, reimaging, configuration management, and endpoint lifecycle processes.
Support and administer Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices in a hybrid enterprise environment.
Partner with infrastructure, security, and business teams to implement endpoint management best practices and workplace technology improvements.
Lead hardware refresh initiatives, device rollouts, and technology deployment projects.
Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for endpoint-related incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
Develop documentation, standards, and operational procedures to improve support efficiency and consistency.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior support and endpoint team members.
Support users and branch locations across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent and high-quality technology experience.
Participate in endpoint security, compliance, and modernization initiatives.
