About The Position

We are seeking an Endpoint Engineer to support a large enterprise environment with more than 14,000 endpoints. This role will focus on endpoint management, software deployment, patching, automation, and application lifecycle support. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered at either the Endpoint Engineer I or II level.

Requirements

1-5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop support, systems administration, or endpoint management.
Experience with Windows administration, Active Directory, software deployment, and patch management.
Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as BigFix, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Tanium, or similar platforms.
PowerShell scripting experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
Support large-scale software deployments, upgrades, and patching initiatives.
Administer endpoint management platforms such as BigFix, Intune, SCCM/MECM, or Tanium.
Troubleshoot endpoint, deployment, and device management issues.
Coordinate testing, rollout planning, validation, and production deployments.
Support endpoint compliance, security, imaging, and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain deployment documentation and technical standards.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams on projects and initiatives.
Utilize PowerShell and automation tools to improve efficiency.
