We are seeking a Lead – Endpoint Engineer to join our team supporting the Transportation Team.
Requirements
5–8 years in endpoint engineering.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
Microsoft MD-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Certification
ITIL v4
Bachelors in IT or Computer Engineering
Public Trust clearance
U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices.
Manage SCCM/Intune image deployment and patch compliance.
Develop GPOs, endpoint baselines, and configuration scripts.
Ensure integration with DOT’s ITSM toolset (ServiceNow/Remedy).
Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint incidents.
