About The Position

The Endpoint & Cloud Security Master is a customer-facing, cloud-focused role responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining CrowdStrike Falcon sensor coverage across enterprise cloud platforms. The role emphasizes secure, scalable deployment to Kubernetes workloads across AWS, GCP, and Azure, while also leading and contributing to endpoint security initiatives that strengthen security posture, improve operational resilience, and advance endpoint protection capabilities. The position oversees the deployment, availability, and optimization of endpoint security tools and drives security strategy across organizational Windows, Linux, Mac, and cloud environments. It designs and implements comprehensive endpoint solutions, establishes appropriate capabilities, processes, and controls, and works with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices. The scope includes endpoint security architecture, policy design, and continuous improvement across device types and platforms, in addition to EDR. The role manages the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and cloud capabilities, including configuration, integrations, access controls, licensing, sensor lifecycle, system health, upgrades, and operational performance. It designs, automates, and manages sensor deployments across cloud-hosted virtual machines, Kubernetes nodes, and managed Kubernetes platforms; monitors coverage and sensor health; and troubleshoots deployment and connectivity issues. It also configures prevention policies, supports incident response, maintains documentation, partners with cloud and platform engineering teams, supports other cybersecurity groups, and provides endpoint security recommendations, technical support, and training. The position calls for a senior security practitioner with 7 to 10+ years of IT security experience and substantial expertise in CrowdStrike, cloud infrastructure, Linux, and Kubernetes. It also requires technical leadership of cross-functional initiatives, strong communication and mentoring capabilities, and contributions to organizational security practices and knowledge.

  • Extensive cybersecurity and IT security knowledge.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise administering CrowdStrike Falcon in enterprise cloud environments, including sensor deployment, policy management, health monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Linux operating systems and container hosts, with working knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint security.
  • Advanced experience with cloud infrastructure across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, including virtual machines, managed Kubernetes services, identity and access management, networking, workload lifecycle management, and scalable sensor deployment patterns.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and operations, including clusters, nodes, Pods, Namespaces, Deployments, DaemonSets, Helm-based deployments, and container security controls.
  • Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or Bash and infrastructure-as-code or configuration automation used to deploy, validate, and maintain CrowdStrike coverage at scale.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and host-based firewalls.
  • Ability to make critical contributions to complex and/or impactful projects that improve cybersecurity hygiene.
  • Ability to lead technical planning and delivery of cross-functional endpoint security initiatives, manage dependencies and risks, and align security, cloud, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas confidently and tailor clear, concise, compelling messages to the audience.
  • Ability to mentor and encourage the personal growth, creativity, and contributions of others.
  • Ability to create and share knowledge and establish organizational best practices.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development and contribute to training other technologists.
