About The Position

USPI Gastro Consultants of San Antonio - Medical Center is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Tech/Scope Room Tech to join their team. The facility has 1 OR room and 5 Procedure rooms and performs outpatient surgical procedures in Gastroenterology. The position requires weekdays only, with no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required, and the schedule is subject to change based on the surgical schedule and flow of the day. The Endo Tech/Scope Room Tech assists the endoscopy team during procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up, passing items as needed, preparing and moving patients, and cleaning the endoscopy room. This role also involves caring for and maintaining all scopes.

• Arranges and inventories sterile set-up for operation.
• Passes items as needed to the endoscopy team.
• Assists in preparing and moving patients.
• Assists in cleaning the endoscopy room.
• Cares for and maintains all Scopes.
