About The Position

The Endoscopic Technician is responsible for assisting physicians with procedures in the GI Lab. This role involves preparing equipment, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour work week, offering 4x10 hour shifts and requiring on-call availability. Texas Health Fort Worth is a Magnet-designated regional referral center with a strong focus on patient care, nursing innovation, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
• Detailed oriented, good organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• 1 Year GI clinical or hospital experience
• CNA - Certified Nurses Aide Upon Hire
• MA - Medical Assistant Upon Hire
• EMT - Emergency Medical Technician Upon Hire
