About The Position

Select Dental Management (SDM) is seeking a patient-focused Endodontist for Kessler Dental Associates in Phoenixville, PA. This part-time role involves working two times per month on Mondays or Wednesdays, with an annual salary range of $150,000-$175,000. SDM partners with dental practices to provide operational and educational resources, allowing dentists to focus on delivering exceptional care in a modern, fully digital environment. The position offers the autonomy of private practice with the support of a collaborative network, encouraging clinicians to grow their skills and build rewarding careers.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
GPR or AEGD with an endodontic focus preferred.
5+ years of proven proficiency in endodontic dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to be in-network with various dental plans.

Responsibilities

Deliver endodontic dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate with the practice for seamless, high-quality care.
Leverage digital tools such as iTero, Cerec and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
