About The Position

Join an established endodontic practice in Decatur, Alabama, serving patients and referring dentists across North Alabama. The practice focuses on helping patients find relief while preserving their natural teeth, with experienced endodontic colleagues, a welcoming team, and private treatment areas. Experienced Endodontists and residents nearing the end of residency are invited to contribute to the practice, build relationships with local referring dentists, and continue growing through mentorship and peer support. Eligible doctors have a path to partnership and equity. The practice diagnoses and treats endodontic concerns with precision while helping patients feel informed and cared for. Its clinical scope includes root canal therapy, retreatment, cracked teeth, traumatic dental injuries, and apical surgery. Care is supported by cone beam CT imaging, digital radiography, surgical microscopes, and laser-assisted endodontics. The team emphasizes clear communication, patient comfort, clinical autonomy, and operational support.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate from an ADA-accredited Endodontics program.
Eligible for Alabama dental licensure.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat endodontic concerns.
Provide care in areas including root canal therapy, retreatment, cracked teeth, traumatic dental injuries, and apical surgery.
Use clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Communicate clearly with patients and help them understand their care.
Build relationships with local referring dentists.
