About The Position

Join an established endodontic practice in Mobile serving patients and referring dentists across the metro area. The practice combines a close-knit, family-like team with same-day appointment availability and advanced tools for precise, tooth-preserving care. Experienced Endodontists and residents nearing completion are welcome. The role offers room to contribute, mentorship and peer support, and a clear path to partnership. The practice focuses on relieving dental pain, preserving natural teeth, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Clinical care centers on root canal therapy and retreatment, using CBCT imaging and a surgical microscope in private treatment areas. Same-day appointments are available for patients needing timely attention. The compensation and benefits package includes competitive compensation, a significant sign-on bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance, continuing education and marketing allowances, and a 401(k).

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate from an ADA-accredited Endodontics program.
Eligible for Alabama dental licensure.
Experienced Endodontists and residents nearing completion are welcome to inquire.

Responsibilities

Provide endodontic care focused on root canal therapy and retreatment.
Help patients preserve their natural teeth and feel comfortable and informed.
Use CBCT imaging and a surgical microscope to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures.
Collaborate with referring dentists and colleagues in the practice.
