About The Position

MISSION BOX SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a part-time Endodontist to join an established, high-performing practice in Jacksonville, Florida. The opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment, a strong referral base, advanced technology, and clinical autonomy to provide high-quality care focused on preserving natural dentition. The Endodontist will examine and diagnose endodontic conditions, perform endodontic treatments and procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with general dentists and specialists. The role also includes patient education, detailed recordkeeping, and maintaining high clinical standards and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
Active Tennessee dental license in good standing.
Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Endodontics.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, pathology, and endodontic procedures.

Nice To Haves

Experience with advanced imaging technology such as CBCT.
Background working in a multidisciplinary or high-volume practice.
Familiarity with restorative, cosmetic, or interdisciplinary dental care.
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with endodontic advancements.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive clinical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for endodontic conditions.
Conduct root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgical procedures.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with general dentists and specialists.
Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment care, and preventative oral health practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups.
Ensure high clinical standards and a positive patient experience.
