About The Position

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time clinical and Academic physician for the Endocrinology division of the Department of Medicine in its flagship location of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting and offering clinical supervision and teaching for medical students and Internal Medicine residents from the Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellent patient care. The role is based in a single clinic location near the hospital campus, with access to full support staff. The medical group is a multi-specialty group including specialists in primary care, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology, palliative care, cardiology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, and other surgical specialties. The position offers a great work-life balance in a rapidly growing city.

Requirements

MD or DO degree
Successful completion of an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency program and fellowship in Endocrinology
A passion for providing clinically excellent care
Active/Eligible American board certification Internal Medicine / Endocrinology
Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license
Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
