About The Position
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our team as a full-time 1099 independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive endocrine care in a community-focused hospital setting in the heart of Los Angeles County. Centinela Hospital is a 362-bed acute-care hospital serving the diverse Inglewood community and surrounding areas. The hospital is committed to delivering accessible, high-quality medical care with a focus on compassion and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Active or eligible for California medical license
- DEA certification (or eligibility)
- Strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Full-time, 1099 independent contractor role
- Outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consults as needed
- Manage a broad range of endocrine conditions including: Diabetes management, Thyroid and parathyroid disorders, Adrenal and pituitary conditions, Osteoporosis and metabolic disorders
- Collaborate with primary care providers, hospitalists, and care teams
