About The Position

We are currently seeking an Outpatient Endocrinologist for a Direct Hire / Full-time position in Roswell, NM. This opportunity is open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates with appropriate sponsorship support. The setting is an outpatient clinic, and the role involves direct hire, full-time employment. There is no hospital call or minimal call required. The patient mix includes general endocrinology with a focus on diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic disorders.

Requirements

• MD / DO (or equivalent international degree)
• Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
• Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient endocrinology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders (diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, pituitary/adrenal disorders, etc.).
• Provide longitudinal outpatient care with an emphasis on chronic disease management and prevention.
• Interpret lab results, imaging, and other diagnostics; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with primary care and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
