About The Position

This position is for an Endocrinologist specializing in Reproductive & Infertility. It offers both Medical Director and Specialist roles. The role is permanent, located in Rochester Hills, MI, and operates in an outpatient setting with clinical and call coverage required. The coverage period is ASAP and ongoing, with the work/call schedule to be determined.

Requirements

• MI license or willing to obtain
• BC in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)
• BLS and DEA
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• Completion of ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship
• 3–5 years of post-fellowship REI experience
• Clean Record

Responsibilities

• Fertility evaluations and consultations
• Assess and develop individualised treatment plans
• Collaborate with reproductive medicine physicians & staff
• Participate in fertility treatment protocols and procedures
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee & guide the endocrinology and infertility program
• Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments & procedures
• Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
• Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities
