About The Position

The End User Support Specialist will utilize exceptional customer service while providing technical support across a wide range of technology at Native Roots. The role is responsible for the implementation and support of end user technology for all Native Roots employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and software.
  • Must already possess or be able to qualify to receive a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) support badge and be 21 years of age or older.
  • Experience with Google Admin Console specifically managing users, data migration, and Google Apps such as Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
  • Experience imaging/re-imaging computers.
  • Experience troubleshooting and removing malware.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with confidential materials and the ability the maintain confidentiality in all situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site & remote support for all types of hardware & software issues related to computers, printers, servers, and all other attached peripheral devices.
  • Install workstations, computers, printers and other desktop related equipment and necessary company-wide approved software.
  • Relocate workstations, computers, printers and other desktop related equipment.
  • Implement and monitor security by performing and managing asset tracking, systems monitoring, antivirus, system updates, and user authorization permissions.
  • Manage Google Admin Console (manage emails, user/team drives, etc...)
  • Monitor and control the help desk ticketing queue system.
  • Ensure stable operation of computers, accessories, and peripherals.
  • Responsible for supporting backup services for servers/computers.
  • Research, test, evaluate, and deploy new technology as needed to improve user, team, and/or business performance.
  • Work with outside vendors to assist in resolving computer hardware and software related problems.
  • IT security enforcement and monitoring.
  • Provide training for new software or hardware updates and installs, as necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, phone systems, and all network devices.
  • Manage all networks for every Native Roots-owned property.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, Google Admin Console (GAC) and other systems.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system security measures.
  • Provide technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests and incidents.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
