Lead and support the desktop support team, managing daily desktop support operations. This role involves handling user accounts, access control, Active Directory, GPOs, and IAM tasks. The lead will oversee Windows laptops and desktops (Windows 10/11 and Windows XP), including device deployment, patching, updates, and security. Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune for endpoint management is crucial. The position also requires troubleshooting and resolving complex Tier-3 technical issues, maintaining and securing legacy Windows XP systems, and helping to plan migrations from old systems to newer hardware/software.
