This role involves leading and supporting the desktop support team, managing daily operations, and handling user accounts, access control, Active Directory, GPOs, and IAM tasks. The position requires managing Windows laptops and desktops (Windows 10/11 and Windows XP), overseeing device deployment, patching, updates, and security using SCCM/MECM and Intune. The lead will also troubleshoot complex Tier-3 technical issues, maintain and secure legacy Windows XP systems, and assist in planning migrations from old systems to newer hardware/software.
