About The Position

SRM Concrete is looking for a dependable End Dump Truck Driver to join their team. This role is ideal for a skilled driver who enjoys being on the move and making a difference every day. The driver will play a key role in transporting materials safely and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing work demands.
Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
