About The Position

The Encore Delivery Specialist provides a truly exceptional customer experience that enhances the knowledge of new vehicle owners by ensuring they understand how to use their vehicle's features.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Must have patience and understanding for explaining technical features to others.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance before, during, and after customer interactions.
Within the first 14 to 60 days of ownership, the specialist will perform a detailed delivery that is tailored to the customer's needs and the vehicle's content.
Schedule return to the retailer Love-Encore visits that include a thorough explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and resources available to customers.
Assist customers with personalizing their vehicle's technology settings.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers interested in upgrading their vehicles by: Assessing interest, understanding customer needs, explaining new products, managing paperwork, ensuring customer satisfaction and guiding customers to the sales department.
Keep up to date on products, features, and accessories available to successfully train and educate customers.
Assist the Sales and Service departments with customer technology questions.
Maintain Ethos online training throughout the year.
Support all aspects of our Rogers Way initiatives.
