About The Position

The Encore Delivery Specialist provides a truly exceptional customer experience that enhances the knowledge of new vehicle owners by ensuring they understand how to use their vehicle's features.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Must have patience and understanding for explaining technical features to others.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance before, during, and after customer interactions.
  • Within the first 14 to 60 days of ownership, the specialist will perform a detailed delivery that is tailored to the customer's needs and the vehicle's content.
  • Schedule return to the retailer Love-Encore visits that include a thorough explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and resources available to customers.
  • Assist customers with personalizing their vehicle's technology settings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers interested in upgrading their vehicles by: Assessing interest, understanding customer needs, explaining new products, managing paperwork, ensuring customer satisfaction and guiding customers to the sales department.
  • Keep up to date on products, features, and accessories available to successfully train and educate customers.
  • Assist the Sales and Service departments with customer technology questions.
  • Maintain Ethos online training throughout the year.
  • Support all aspects of our Rogers Way initiatives.
