About The Position

The Enamel Technology-II role is based at Electrolux’s Springfield, Tennessee location and supports the production line according to production needs. The scheduled first shift runs Monday through Friday, from 4:45 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. The role involves working independently with minimal supervision to make quality-related decisions, inspect manufactured parts, maintain accurate records and schedules, and support production operations. Electrolux is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Requirements

Proficiency in identifying parts by visual inspection and distinguishing between different part or model numbers.
Ability to conduct precise inventory counts.
Computer proficiency, including use of an HMI interface and teach pendant.
Ability to perform minor machine setups and follow TPM practices.
Forklift experience; forklift training must be completed before job assignment.
Skill in quality inspection and adjusting operating parameters to ensure parts meet integrity specifications.
Ability to team lift packages weighing more than 35 pounds but less than 71 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending.
Ability to spend long periods standing.

Responsibilities

Work independently with minimal supervision and make quality-related decisions.
Inspect parts for defects, proactively adjust as needed, and maintain high quality standards for manufactured parts.
Maintain accurate records and schedules.
Identify parts through visual inspection, distinguish between model numbers, and conduct precise inventory counts.
Use computer systems, including HMI interfaces and teach pendants.
Perform minor machine setups and follow Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
Complete forklift training before job assignment and use forklift experience as applicable.
Inspect quality and adjust operating parameters to ensure parts meet integrity specifications.
