We are seeking a creative, organized, and sales-focused Enablement Specialist with strong technical skills and a passion for world-class education, specifically focused on our Business Development organization. At Addepar, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our newly hired BDR’s, while developing and implementing ongoing sales education and go-to-market strategies. Ideal candidates will have a background in BDR, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Education, or Instructional Design, with experience in crafting learning content and guided programs for onboarding, training, and sales acceleration. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who can deliver a comprehensive education experience, driving satisfaction for learners and contributing to the overall vision of our GTM Enablement team. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
