  • Experience building or working with data dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Excel pivot tables).
  • Exposure to prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) or change management methodology (Prosci, Kotter), even from coursework.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex operational processes (e.g., new packaging structures, system workflows, product launches) into clear, engaging content for team understanding.
  • Build training assets such as e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, facilitator decks, and post-training reinforcement materials using instructional design principles.
  • Support training needs analysis, maintain the content library, track participation and completion, and assist in coordinating the learning calendar.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into training development, enablement, and communications, test their effectiveness, document findings, and share with the team.
  • Contribute prompts, tools, templates, and use cases to the team's AI Playground to foster learning and development.
  • Surface best practices for making processes faster, smarter, and more resilient, and translate these into guides or playbooks for team adoption.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise enablement operations during a major product and business model transformation.
  • Practical understanding of AI tool integration into L&D and Business Operations workflows.
  • Exposure to instructional design, change management, and learning operations at scale.
