About The Position
Metro Paramedic Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Services, Inc., contracts with local municipalities to provide Emergency Medical Services, Rescue, and Fire Services. The company emphasizes exceptional, compassionate customer service. This role is for a full-time EMT at the EMT-B level for the North Boone Fire District #3 contract. The primary function is to provide medical care and transportation within the scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and/or EMS Commission of Illinois.
Requirements
- EMT License
- 21 Years of age
- Valid Illinois Driver's License
- Successfully completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience
- CPR Certified
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and transportation for a patient at the EMT (EMT-B) level, within their scope of practice, as stipulated by Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and/or EMS Commission of Illinois.
