About The Position

Frontline Support Solutions and Superior Mobile Health have been awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Temple, Texas. We are seeking dedicated EMTs to join our team and support this important mission by providing high-quality interfacility medical transportation services.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Current Texas EMT Certification
Current BLS Certification
Valid Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record
Ability to lift and carry up to 150 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and work on uneven surfaces
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, low-light environments, and stressful emergency situations

Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical care and patient assessment within EMT scope of practice.
Safely operate ambulances and transport patients in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, first responders, dispatch, and clinical staff.
Operate and maintain medical equipment used during patient care and transport.
Complete accurate electronic patient care documentation (ePCR).
Maintain vehicle readiness through equipment checks, cleaning, and restocking.
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and operational protocols.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
